Second Victim Train-the-Trainer Workshop Underway Today!

Today the Center for Patient Safety partnered with the University of Missouri Hospital to teaching how to implement a Second Victim program.  Great support program for health care professionals who are involved in an unanticipated patient event causing harm.  Participants are from across the country.
